Whenever you gain a Wizard level after 1, add two Wizard spells of your choice to your spell book.
Third level Abjurer/Diviner/Evoker/Illusionist:
Choose two Wizard spells from the Abjuration/Divination/Evocation/Illusion school, each of which must be no higher than level 2, and add them to your spell book for free.
Once could interpret that at third level you get 2 spells to add because of the Spell book first level feature and you would also gain another 2 spells to add to your spell book based on the subclass you pick at third level.
I read that as additional to the spells you gain for getting 3rd level. You gain two spells as a CLASS feature. You gain 2 spells of your chosen school as a SUBCLASS feature. They are separate features, so they should be counted separately.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

It's this. You get 4 spells, at least 2 of which have to be from your school's specialization.
