As a tool for DMs, the items page is great. As a player, it's next to useless. I feel adding mundane items (adventuring gear, weapons, armor, and so on) to either the items page or a similar page would be a great addition to Beyond, or at least if they were brought to the forefront instead of buried in the Compendium's equipment section.
As a secondary note: the layout of the monsters page looks nice, but it not corresponding to the 5e stat block layout seems like a problem. Things don't have to look exactly the same, but having the same layout is important for people who want to use the site alongside the books to avoid any confusion.
