This may have already been brought up and I apologize if I’m bringing up old topics. But I think it would be a cool addition to the Homebrew section if you could create mechanics and rules to implement in your campaign.
EXAMPLE: Something I’ve been playing with the idea of is layered armor (PC’s wear mail over padded armor, breastplate over mail, etc) it gives them an AC boost but gives them disadvantage in other things like stealth, acrobatics, athletics, performance, Etc. Or even just fed in general, I’m not 100% finished.
I just thought that would be neat to have a way to implement that for your players so if say they make say, a Stealth check they roll on DNDBeyond and don’t have manually subtract the armor disadvantage because of the Homebrew mechanic that I put in the campaign.
I would also just love to see what other mechanics people come up with.
