There is not currently any ready-built solution for this, though the upcoming General/Universal Features System might make it possible! In the meantime, it's certainly possible to create your own working solutions using the homebrew tools.
For lycanthropy, for instance, you can create a feat that grants the appropriate damage immunities, traits, actions, and stat increases for the type of lycanthrope. To represent the hybrid form or lycanthrope form speeds and other bonuses, you can create one or more magic items that, when equipped, give the appropriate bonuses. This is how I have personally handled one of my players' lycanthropy!

If my character contracts one of these in game,
is there a way to add i to my charactersheet? or does it all have to be outside of DNDBeyond?
