I've figured out how to add an animal to a characters sheet. I just cant figure out how to add them to combat. I suppose there is kind of a workaround in that you could add say a base wolf to the encounter as an enemy but that would skew the CR system. Can you PLEASE allow us to add "Monsters" to the party's side of the encounter. It would also be nice if a character has say a henchman or pet ect that it is automatically added to the encounter as well. Thank you for your time!
The ability to have an "opt in button as an ally" would be optimal for existing creatures and NPC's. But also the ability to add to open encounter additionally could be helpful to both players and DMs.
Dms: reinforcements arrive Players: I cast Conjure Animals...
Exactly! Especially for groups with a conjuror in the party. Also being able to switch out players for their beast forms ex. Druids wild shape or lycanthropes shape change even polymorph spells.
It is beyond comprehension that this hasn't been done before. it would take a programmer a couple of weeks to implement and suddenly you have a hook on costumers again.
A hook so deep you might pay for the convenience.
