When content sharing is enabled in a shared campaign, *all* the homebrew in players' homebrew Collections are shared to all the players (and DM).
The DM should have some control on what homebrew is being shared. After all, any player can add "weird" stuff to their hombrew collection, or add/create homebrew for one specific campaign with DM X, but not meant for AL campaign with DM Y. (Can't remove it from collection cause used in DM X' campaign, but not welcomed in DM Y's campaign).
There needs to be a Homebrew content management section (like the sourcebooks management), where the DM can toggle on or off shared hombrew from various players in the shared campaign.

Hope I'm explaining this correctly.
