It would be cool if there was an option so when your characters leveled up you could have picked everything you want in advance. Some sort of save future choices options to streamline leveling up if it happens mid session, instead of telling your players they will have to wait until the end of the session to add new features. In my campaign we often find ourselves role playing through the leveling up and it would be nice to have such a feature.
I bet they like this because it makes the limit of 6 slots more annoying the more prep you have to redo if you delete a character. I'd push more for the character archive or import/export. Pay to not have an annoying user experience is one of my least favorite reason for paying, right next to pay to win and pay to not have to play.
Along that line it would be great to have a character level up history too (presuming there isn't one currently). Showing things like HP, eats, features and spells gained at the level-up.

Honestly as a GM I'd love the Character Change History. Allowing me to see what has changed with a character.

I really like this idea. I would spend way more time on DDB if I could plan 20 levels ahead lol.
Agreed. I know my players would, and they would be able to spend more time learning new class features and such without having to just delete it all.
I fully support this idea, very smart. Although I don't recommend planning all the way to 20 that's just asking for early onset character death.
