Ok, first things first I think this platform is off to a great start, interface-wise(we'll see about the subscription models) but I have two suggestions for the future that I think would make the life of many a DM easier.
First, it would be great to have a mechanical Session Planner. What I mean by that is that you could pick some environments your players are likely to be in, like Underdark, Forest, Fire Elemental Plane etc. and have the tools to generate location and level appropriate random encounters with ease, besides arranging your own premade encounters(great for setpiece battles). Now, the point about having this links directly into the next request; an Initiative Tracker. Imagine you roll up an encounter(random or not) for your 5 players and with one click it immediately pulls up an intiative tracker for you, the DM, inserting all your players and monsters and even rolling for them if that's your style(of course it would be easily overridden, I would hate it for a program to roll my dice for me and I'm sure my players feel the same).
Now you have the cool part, since everyone can have a Beyond account, your players could just enter "Battle Mode", insert their initiatives manually after rolling and you would have a tracker with all the sheets, all details, ability to drag and drop conditions, buffs and debuffs straight from the sheets/books(or homebrew) while not slowing down the game at all after some practice.
Another suggestion, and this one I'll admit falls more under the "crazy dream" category, would be for WotC to license or hire composers to make some generic music tracks for many situations, or at least maybe a linkup to Spotify so you could keep all you need for a session in one app.
Please note that I've kept this post strictly mechanical, but it would also be great if you could have full blown Campaign Tracking as a DM, with note-taking, plot and NPC cross-referencing etc.

It seems heavily implied that the Campaign Tracking feature is going to be part of Phase 3 as Campaign Management.
That being said, I think it'd be super awesome if WotC/Curse could make some generic fantasy tracks to use and/or integrate Spotify.
Yeah, I'd think so, but it's best to get these ideas out to them early so they can evaluate their plans and incorporate what they see fit.
