It would be very helpful if, in a future enhancement, a single item could have multiple charge types to handle items like this. Not being able to track whether or not a use is expended in the app makes the app a lot less useful.
This is not the only item that has multiple types of charges on a single item. This concept seems pretty core to D&D Items. It would be nice if D&DBeyond could handle this some day.
This would probably be handled by attaching a "Limited Use" effect for each of those effects, but it doesn't seem possible to do that for magic items at the moment.
