I, along with many other players, have recently been made aware of the upcoming changes to DnDBeyond. One of the changes includes spells and magic items. All of these will be changed without us even having a say in it. So anyone who wants to use the 2014 version of these mechanics is out of luck. People on twitter have been suggesting a toggle option, and I think that's a great idea. I don't understand why DnDBeyond is picking and choosing which features we can keep and which we can't. I hope, really hope that the team at DnDBeyond reconsiders. We as players have grown fond of our characters and accustomed to how the mechanics on their sheet function, I know I have. For that to be taken from us is really unfair, especially to the people who have paid for content on this platform.
