Create a Dart with axe properties... meaning use 1d6 damage.
I'm not sure how to either create an "axe" which can "stack" or take a "Dart" and change the damage
EDIT: I can (sort of) approximate by using a regular dart + 1 and then manually subtracting 1 from the to-hit bonus. No clue where the to-hit bonus is within custom magic weapons.

I do this sort of thing by creating a homebrew "magic item" that just doesn't have any magical properties.
