I'd like to see Humanoid Monsters able to be customized, for example, the mage could have schools. The mage is CR6 and CL9 with a list of certain spells. It would be nice to be able to have a tab that can switch that to "Abjuration" or "Necromancy", and the spell list adapts. I'd also like to see the Humanoid Monsters able to be easily changed by CR, like a human guard could be made into a CR1 guard to represent a captain or something similar. I use humanoid monsters often, so it would be nice for them to be quickly adapted.
I think this sort of thing would be excellent too, and am hoping that the decision makers at D&D Beyond already have this sort of functionality planned as part of the "homebrew integration & campaign management" stuff that will be brought in during Phase 3 of the beta.
