Many times my players and myself have expressed the woe of still having to track what items are in a bag of holding and similar items with paper. I think it would be covenant and unique if there is a way to add items into a bag of holding and similar items, (like having their own inventory with respective carry weights). What I've done for the time being is just make the items their own character sheets. Giving them horrible 0 stats, low ac, small base hp, but with their respective carry weights adjusted and implemented. The process may work but just having a way to add items into the items would surely give players more ease.

Hi I'm Chris! Been playing and DMing DND for 9+ years, I still love to learn but I still wish to share my stories and experiences for others to enjoy/view. May the dice ever be in your favor! :)
If it was just containers, I think they would have added a function by now, but I think they plan to do several improvements to character sheets and party item management and want to release them all as 1 update.
So we basically have to wait for their dev teams to finish other projects they want out first (like encounter builder and AL integration) before working on character and campaign updates.
