Its been almost 3 year of waiting for the ability to make our own homebrewed classes and we've gotten no updates on if it's still in the works. I understand it takes time to implement but if we could at least get an update on if it's canceled or in the works it would be wonderful for DM's and players to start implementing our own classes.
There are no news. Homebrewing classes is honestly probably towards the bottom of the priority list. If Beyond is already struggling to keep up with implementing current mechanics and features from existing books, I do not see them implementing the option to homebrew classes within the next few years.
From what I understand, their current focus is on implementing Feat like mechanics (epic boons, piety, charms, etc.) and character sheet inventory management.
