Simple change that would be useful. The current filtering for limiting what spell levels you see require you to select each level individually, so if I'm trying to swap out some of Strahd's spells I need to select 1st level, drop down closes, select 2nd level, drop down closes, select 3rd level, drop down closes.....
A slider bar (like on the Encounter Builder for CR) or a full checklist that you dismiss (like... I don't know if you use that elsewhere) would be better.

Attack: [roll]1d20+[AMOD][/ roll]
Damage: [roll]if([roll:-1:fumble],=1,0,if([roll:-1],<[TARGET],0,if([roll:-1:critical],=1,2{[DAMAGE]}.expand(),[DAMAGE])+[DMOD]))[/ roll]
Are you referring to homebrewing monsters (you don't give any context)? If so, this is a good suggestion for the planned monster builder tool.
I think they're referencing the dropdown level selector on https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells
