I've copied my 4th level monk from my current app (Fight Club 5e on iPad) to the D&DB character sheet. For the most part, the D&DB character sheet tool is very nice, and I'm looking forward to future tweaks and enhancements. Here's the issues I'm running into specific to the Attacks section:
Issue 1 - I can't figure out how to add Unarmed Strike as an attack. This is critical to a monk character, as most of my attacks are with my fists.
Issue 2 - My quarterstaff is a versatile weapon, but I can't find a way to switch between 1H and 2H for the sheet to calculate the differences in damage.
Issue 3 - My quarterstaff isn't calculating damage correctly... Or maybe it is. Having both the Simple and Versatile traits, when used 1H, it should qualify as a Monk Weapon and gain the Dex bonus as the attack modifier. What I'm finding is the character sheet is giving me the worst of all the stats: The damage is 1d6+2 (14 STR) which indicates it is being used 1H. However, the To Hit is only giving me a +4, not the +7 (20 DEX) which means It's calculating To Hit on Strength, not on my Dex for a monk weapon. Or have I been doing the quarterstaff wrong all this time for my monk?
1.) As stated in the announcement post: unarmed strikes currently are not available, but will be in the near future.
2.) That I don't know the answer to, and I also hope it gets sorted out soon.
3.) This falls under the Unarmed Strikes/Martial Arts limitation mentioned above; monk weapons won't use the Martial Arts damage currently, but will be resolved soon.
3b.) You have been using quarterstaff for monk wrong, but actually in your favor. A quarterstaff still counts as a monk weapon when used with two hands. Source: page 4 of the Sage Advice Compendium.
Re: Issues 2 and 3 - What threw me off is the Darts I have equipped calculate correctly based on being a monk weapon and using DEX for both To Hit and Damage bonus.

The martial arts is not yet implemented. It has been said in the release notes:

Devs are working on it.

Hope that helps!

Dart is a finesse weapon, it uses DEX if it is greater than STR, regardless of the martial arts.
