I've been using the encounter builder a lot lately in my campaign. Next session, the players are coming up to a point where there will be a number of items to choose from as a reward, magical and otherwise. It would be convenient for me if there was a function similar to the encounter builder, perhaps a hoard builder, where players in the campaign may see what's being offered (when it's manually revealed by the DM first!) to allow them to choose what they may be interested in rather than me reading and re-reading the list out loud for them. Even without them being able to see it I could see myself using it often as I could roll ahead of time for treasure (the various armor types a +1 armor could be for example) and have the hoard ready to go and add to their character sheets with a few clicks. Have a function where you can assign who gets it after the players find/earn it instead of going into the character sheets and adding it in the equipment section.
