After searching previous posts I know this gets brought up frequently, but I thought I would add my voice to the chorus as well - I'd love to see character creation content included in the Hero tier subscription.
I know that DDB content licenses with WotC don't work like this right now, etc. I'm just saying that if this was added in the future I'd happily subscribe, and stay subscribed for this content even if I wasn't currently playing in any campaigns - I may be older and have less time for games now, but I still enjoy thinking about characters and builds whenever I need to scratch that itch.
Hopefully there are enough of us out there that eventually DDB and WotC can make subscription licenses a reality... until that time I'll just be patient.
In the meantime thank you to DDB for all the free and shared content options!

You know this yet you still fail to understand it.
Asking a bookstore to do change they way they sell books when the Writers of that book insist that it must be sold in a specific way. DDB is not the one to try and persuade in this argument, you need to tell WoTC. DDB is a retailer so they have to do what the distributors of the product want. If WoTC wants only books sales and no subscription perks then that is it.
Not to mention that if you believe the Hero Tier would stay as cheap as it is no, ha. The Hero Subs would go up to 10s of dollars a month, meaning you still be better of buying the books individually.

My experience tells me otherwise. DDB is WotC's customer; I'm DDB's customer. That's how the demand flows, so the proper way is for me to ask DDB for something, and then if DDB thinks there is enough demand they will try and negotiate it with WotC. If I went directly to WotC to ask it really wouldn't help - it's just an anecdote without context to them because I'm not actually their customer (in the online arena, at least).
As far as pricing - who knows. Buying every single character creation option including 1st level spells and cantrips costs significantly less than even the cheapest bundle option available right now. But the purpose of this post wasn't to debate what price is appropriate, but rather to simply indicate my desire for such an option to be available and so the team can gauge demand.

Beyond does not have that kind of leverage, and I think you are overestimating their bargaining power.
Wizards have three official digital toolsets, so context is not an issue, and they will know what you are talking about.
Unless you are a business, you will never be Wizards' direct customer either. Wizards rely on distributors to sell products for them.
Leaving feedback for Wizards on Beyond is like leaving feedback for Wizards through Barnes and Noble or your local game store. The feedback is just going to sit there not going anywhere. You are better off hitting up Wizards on Facebook or Twitter where Wizards' employees are paid to maintain their social media accounts and engage with consumers.
It will never happen. WotC tried it - it failed and cost them a lot. It is not a supportable model, let alone a profitable one. For the vast majority of users the sub for content model is actually more expensive for the user in the longterm.
Since it's utterly insane for any company to make a switch to something less in demand, less profitable and more diffcult to manage -- this will never happen.

to build off of this: 4th Edition had this kind of model. and you know what people did? they paid, they took the time to directly copy everything put out as a subscription, canceled the subscription, then sent off their content to be pirated by others.
