On characters that do not have innate spellcasting stats, the spells for the ring of winter show as having a DC of 12 instead of the correct DC of 17.
Here's proof of the issue. The character displaying the correct DC is a Druid. The character with the bugged DC is a Rogue.

We've discussed the matter with Artus Cimber - the issue has now been fixed!
