When making a new character and downloading a PDF, the sheet uses the old player name rather than a recently switched one. 72 hours have passed since name change before character was created.
In my case, listing a username instead of site nickname is a bit weird, since I signed up using Apple's id service, my email is my username, so my character sheets all list my email instead of any type of player name.

Edit: Beyond app also reflects old display name.
Yes, the username (separate from the nickname) is displayed in some areas still, and it's known that it occurs.
