My team recently levelled up, and when I increased my level in bard I became a 12th level and had my first 6th level spells I could learn, with that level I decided to pick up "Guards & Wards" & "Mass Cure Wounds" I've had them for a few sessions but this week as I jumped into my character sheet, both spells were missing and it appeared as though I had never learned them I can't learn new 6th level spells, its like i've already reached my cap of allotted known spells but I am definitely short those two spells now. Has anyone else running a bard noticed this recently? Is this part of a patch I missed, because I'm really not in the loop admittedly. Hoping this is something I can get help with and get the spells back & I'm not just being an idiot haha!
UPDATE: I figured out I had left a lower levelled character open which reverted me behind the changes I had made on leveling up, This issue has been resolved and was user error haha!
As a first guess, do you somehow have your character sheet opened in two locations at once? If so, it's possible that if you hadn't reloaded the "older" sheet so that it had the updated level-up changes, then making changes on the not-up-to-update sheet caused it to overwrite the level-up changes.
...Mind you, I have multiple tabs of character sheets open for my character and other party members (I'm not the DM but I maintain the campaign on DDB so everyone has access to the sources), but I always always reload sheets in the browser before even thinking of making anything resembling a change. On that note, maybe your DM might have accidentally done something like this with your sheet? Tell them about the problem you're having.
(Also Bards get access to sixth-level spells at 11, so either you're a multiclass or something else is going on if you weren't able to get 6th-level spells the previous level-up.)
Bards don't learn any new spells at level 12. At level 11 you would've been able to learn one new 6th level spell and trade an old spell out for a 6th level. But to get a new spell at 12th your only option would be to 'unlearn' another old spell and trade it for a new 6th level spell. Check and see if your spell list matches what you had at level 11 or 10.
You'd need to provide the url to the character sheet, not the share link, for a mod to be able to see what could be going on.
But a Bard 12 should have up to 15 spells known, not including the Magical Secrets, and you have just 13. See if you're able to add those 2 spells now from Manage Spells.
Also, if you haven't told your DM about this issue, please do so. Again, if a character sheet is open in multiple places, making changes in one place that wasn't up-to-date could overwrite other changes.

Please give the link to your character sheet (the url, not the share link) so someone can take a look.
