For now, do everything you can with old school pencil and paper as much as you can. When the servers are working again, save everything you can as quickly as you can because the OGL storm that is happening is NOT going away anytime soon.
So basically everyone that is throwing a tantrum over the now-cancelled, revised OGL announcement are essentially creating a DDOS attack on Dndbeyond's servers making the service unusable for the rest of us? Not cool.
I’m experiencing this issue too but the only one that is loading is the only character that I haven’t changed the name of. (A variant tiefling alchemist in case anyone’s wondering)
I moved one of my characters to a campaign and now I have this problem too, I can no longer use the app to view that character, or any other character in that campaign, and removing the character from the campaign did not help.
I can still view then on the website, even trough the app if I go trough "edit character", but other than that they are all inaccessible in the app sheet.
This is happening with my character as well as the two other characters made in our current campaign. Works in browser but not in app. Can access old character fine.
Just made a new character for a game that my partner and I are playing. As soon as it finished the character creation portion, the sheet wouldn’t load! Same issue.
I am having the same problem. About half the the characters in my campaigns will not load... Another quarter will load but only after hitting the RETRY button a time or two.
Fortunately, all characters and campaigns are working fine on website... And players can access them that way on all devices (desktop, tablet, and phone)... So, the weekend games will still go on.
I'm having the same issue, characters load fine on the website, no character is loading on the mobile app (iOS). It started around 1:30 PM MST on 1/12/2023, and is still happening when I just checked 7:30 AM MST 1/13/2023
Hi! I was just having this, I logged out/ back in and I cleared all caches on my devices etc, wasn’t having an affect. UNTIL, I realized I had left my character sheet open in the safari app (long story) and once I exited the sheet on all platforms the issue was resolved. My advice is to go through and make sure you don’t have the sheet open and active on other apps/browsers and then retry the app.
If you continue to experience the issue, try breaking the app cache by making any change on the character sheet on the website. This will prompt the app to refetch the character and should fix the issue.

Over 14 hours later and the app still won't load any of my characters.
Same for me. All of my characters load using the web page but none loads using apps.
