Making a change on the website for the character (not just loading it through the website) and then reloading the character on the app worked for me!

Same issue for two days now. 

I tried making changes on the website and can now access 2/3 of my characters but my oldest created character still isn't accessible through the app

I am also unable to load any characters on the ios app as of yesterday

All I did was turn off the inspiration point I had using the web version. Now my characters load.

Same with me.  None of my characters will load on the App.  Interestingly, I can edit them on the App if I wish, I just can't open them to play with them.

I had this problem too, but I managed to solve it.

I removed the character from the campaign and was able to open it in the app afterwards. When I reconnected it, the problem did not occur again.

I have the same issue characters won't load on app but will on website. I cleared cache and then did a clean install. Still have same issues. On a Samsung s21 ultra.

I also had the same problem but someone mentioned in another thread that if you turn your phone on airplane mode it should load! It worked for me! It may not be the best solution but at least I can now see my character sheets

Same for me with 2 of my characters,  the one I'm using unfortunately, but I can still get them on the web site

Mine have come back normally now

Has anyone found how to resolve this? I’m having the same issue.
