Attempting to view (or for that matter create) a character sheet results in a succession of web page/reload error that culminates in this (or similar) message:
The exact same character sheets can be viewed without error in Google Chrome on the same system. I am currently using MacOS 11.6 and Safari 15. The character sheets were loading fine until recently which makes me suspect the character sheets are not currently compatible with Safari 15.
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem, and if you have fixed, please advise me of your solution. I have already turned off all extensions in Safari as well as deleting history and emptying the Safari cache to no avail.
I too have lost the ability to see one of my characters. I can see other character sheets in the campaign. I can see the character in Chrome. I can see it on an iPad. But my regular machine can't see it. Software was updated yesterday.
Me too. It's definitely a Mac/Safari thing. I actually ran a bunch of character sheets off my Mac last night. It was actually he last thing I did before updating my Mac. Now Character sheets are inaccessible on Safari.
Other thing I've noticed. Browser tabs open to other sites have the traditional Mac Grey frame and toolbar. DDB's is black like it's in dark mode (CORRECTION: it's actually darker than what it gives you in dark mode). At first I thought it was a cool effect, now I'm realizing it might be Safari indicating it's having a problem with the site.
Steve Wozniak has gotta have a few characters on this site, he's gonna be steamed.
Same issues. We have two forum threads raising this. The other thread includes a post by a person having the same issue with Chrome on a Windows 10 machine - so it may not be Safari. I have not changed anything in my configuration in a week or two, but for me the problem started last night. What changed?
Well DDB is worthless to me until this if fixed. I refuse to use chrome or Firefox. i like this little thing called battery life having ram for other things.
Same here. Utterly unusable on Safari/Big Sur with the latest updates.

Safari Version 15.0 (16612.1.29.41.4, 16612)
BigSur 11.6
I cleared my cache. I restarted. No change.

Same here. Character sheets try to reload consistently then timeout - Safari 15.0 on Latest Mac Big Sur 11.6
I have the same issue. Luckily I rescheduled today's session to another day.
Update: Safari Technology Preview has the same issue.
Just adding another "me too" here. Can't view any character sheets on Safari macOS; Safari mobile and Chrome macOS still work.
Looking forward to the fix,
Orren
Yup, me too.
Mac OS 11.6
Safari Version 15.0 (16612.1.29.41.4, 16612)
I’m having this problem since yesterday also. I’ve been running Safari 15 for a couple of weeks with no issue, until yesterday.
I'm also having the same problem. Latest Big Sur on my week old M1 MacBook.
Another +1. Was working fine literally right up until I upgraded. Still works fine on Firefox.

Can we get a confirmation that this is at least being looked into?
The same 3 java scripts that are crashing it on safari are erroring out on Chrome as well. Chrome is just ignoring them. Again these javascripts are:

Same issue here after the latest Safari update. Hope they can fix these resources soon.
