I just joined D&D Beyond. I bought the "Player's Handbook." However, only the Basic Rules content is showing. As an example: I click on Game Rules, Classes, Bard, but I can only see the College of Lore, not the College of Valor. The usual things like refreshing the browser and restarting it have not helped. Any suggestions?
If you purchased the Compendium Content Only, that doesn't grant you access to the classes, races, feats etc for use in the character builder/character sheet.
If that is what happened, you can head back to the marketplace and upgrade to the full version of the Player's Handbook with a discount equal to the amount you already spent.

I am not using the character builder or character sheet. I am simply trying to read the rules on the website.
Yes, when I go to my account and look at the Player's Handbook's there, I see all of the material. However, if on the main page of D&D Beyond I look at material, I can only see the basic rules. As an example, if I click on Classes, Bard, and look at colleges, I can only see the College of Lore. There should be two colleges listed there. The same is true of other classes and their subclasses.
One of my players has access to a number of books on D&D Beyond that her DM has shared in another campaign. She has confirmed that she can see all subclasses for all purchased books from the main D&D Beyond webpage.
I have tried both Firefox and Chrome. I've waited till the next day to give the system time to see my order. I've taken the usual troubleshooting steps for when a website doesn't work. I simply do not have access to the information to what I paid for in the format that it is advertised as being accessible. Yes, I bought the compendium only, but we will not be using D&D Beyond character sheets because only one of my players likes electronic sheets.
I am only using D&D Beyond because I have a vision problem and cannot use the physical books on a regular basis. D&D Beyond is the only source that lets you read the book cover to cover, and while I am happy to pay to buy the various books in a clean electronic format, the fact that the information does not show as advertised is very frustrating.

How do I get this corrected?
"The Compendium Content bundle does not grant access to all the content's options in the rest of the toolset, such as the searchable listings, character builder, or digital sheet."
"Searchable listings" is the entire Game Rules section of the site. Compendium content is the Sources section of the site.

The entitlement can take a few minutes to take effect. Clearing cache, logging out/in can definitely help in this regard.
Hi there,
please head to your the marketplace tab of your account and check that you purchased the full Player's Handbook.
