Chronurgy mages wouldn't have access to graviturgy spells, only to chronurgy spells. If you can't see the chronurgy spells either, make sure you have the Critical Role content tab turned on (red/right) on the Home tab in the editor or in the character sheet preferences.
I understand that if I was playing in a wild mount campaign. Using spells etc in a home brew campaign so the regular aren’t be applied by the DM. Hence why using graviturgy spells on a chronomancer. If that is the cause, would be good to be able turn those restrictions on and off as required.
I have both home brew and critical role content turned on
It's not a matter of restrictions, the Dunamancy spells are specifically tied to either the Graviturgy Magic wizard subclass, the Chronurgy Magic subclass, or both. They aren't even made available on the general Wizard spell list.
But if you own the content, you can homebrew a copy of the Chronurgy Magic subclass, and add the Graviturgy-only spells to the Additional Specific Spells field under Basic Information.

So did I just spend 3.99 for nothing because DDB refuses to honor RAW (RAW being that anyone can have access to the spells with DM descretion)?
While it is stated in the sidebar that a DM can allow non-dunamancy characters to have access to dunamancy spells via homebrew, it is RAW that only the two listed subclasses get automatic access, and D&D Beyond follows this.
If your DM wants to homebrew that other classes can access the spells, they can do so via the homebrew tools. Some ways include:
Making a homebrew copy of that subclass and adding the spells
Making a feat or background that grants access to the spells
Making a homebrew copy of a spell and adding the class or subclass to the availability list
Created Chronugy mage, cannot see graviturgy spells.
