Hello! I am currently running an Out of the Abyss campaign and my players finally found and finished the Tomb of Khaem, one of the rewards being Dawnbringer. Now for some reason even though I have content sharing on and I own the Out of the Abyss campaign none of my players can add Dawnbringer to their inventory and I can't even add Dawnbringer to one of my own characters inventory on random characters I have made. Does Dawnbringer just not exist on character sheets?

 Seconded.  Same issue. 

If your access to Out of the Abyss is through Content Sharing, ensure your character is in the campaign. The person with the Master tier subscription may need to disable and then re-enable content sharing to refresh it, after ensuring their sub has not lapsed.

If your access is due to owning the content on here, or if the above steps were completed: check to ensure the character is proficient with longswords or ensure the 'proficient' checkbox is unchecked. You may also need to ensure the 'common' and 'container' checkboxes are unchecked too.
