I'm new to DND Beyond App and in character builder, I'm trying to build an Elf that gets the +2 Dex elven trait and it doesn't allow me the ability to do so. It only lists Drow, Eldarin, High and Wood. None of those have the +2 Dex bonus as the standard elf class in the PHB.

Those are all subraces of elf, you must pick one of them. They all get the +2 Dexterity, plus +1 in another ability
