When I try to access my characters I get nothing but a white screen. It's really upsetting because I couldn't play tonight, not having access to my character

Unfortunately the game got scrapped because I couldn't access my character. Let's hope this isn't the sign of things to come
This was an unexpected and unforeseen system issue that the team worked very hard to identify and resolve as quickly as they could. This was very much not a 'business as usual' event
Actually not good enough. We pay a shit ton of money to use this sight for 1 reason and that's to have our characters accessible when we go and use them. DDB has 1 job on the user end and that's the one. There was no message saying they were having issues, not communication at all, no access to backup files that any business, small or large, should have as a minimum saved every 24 hours. I get to play once a month and the service I have sunk a bunch of cash - might not be as much as other people have spent, but its a lot to me. I had no warning, no explanation and no access to even create a replacement character. My sub is due in 3 days and if I hadnt bought as much on this site as I had I would be cancelling and just moving on to another service.
