I can't say that having my ticket open for 9-10 days and all my games being unable to be accessed by me or my players makes me WANT to re-up my annual subscription.
Mine randomly worked last night. The last reply I added to my ticket was a request that WotC remove my subscription from my account. I didn't get a reply from them about that but it was removed at some point.
To anyone who is having this issue, I tried this as well and after a few days it appears my subscription was removed and I can resub. Your mileage my vary, but this might be the solution here.
+1 here having the same issue, I use a lot of homebrew stuff in my campaign and a few sources so as DM I have to have the master tier sub working. Been unable to renew now for 11 days. The last response I had from support was on the 24/04 saying to clear my cache (even after i'd told them i'd tried in 4 different browsers). Also tried the trick of subbing through the app, but again it took payment but didn't activate the sub so had to get a refund.
Totally out of ideas now, it's almost as if WotC doesn't want our money, and with the complete lack of support response i'm now questioning whether I want to give them any more anyway!
Yeah, I had this same issue. Also had the same useless "support". Subbing through the app actually did work for me. I was just about done with WotC before I tried that. But all my Wife's characters were on my account. That, and I needed content sharing for all the campaigns I am running, until I can come up with an alternative.

I did eventually get a reply from them confirming they had manually reset my subscription so at least they're quicker to act than respond.

Looks like this problem is still happening, I tried to resubscribe to the Hero tier and was denied. What is going on with this company?
