1: I received roughly a dozen titles all at once. Are they supposed to be unlocked by specific behavior? And, if so, have I managed to trigger 12 sets of titles?

Edit: The image is not a bug, but user error. Remember to reference only the image and not the host site (i.e. Host: http://imgur.com/a/xEQjL | Image: http://i.imgur.com/K4rMv9h.png)
