I'm content sharing for 1 campaign and 4 of the members can see all of the race/class/subclass options in their character creation and read compendium content on the website except for one player. They joined yesterday and started making their character after using the join campaign link. But for some reason they can only see the basic free options. Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm master tier and only have 1 campaign.

Yes, content sharing is turned on for the entire campaign. The only books blocked are monster manual and DMG. The 4 other players can see the shared content just fine. I'll try turning the content sharing off then back on again and report back
Don't forget to have the player check entitlements, as that seems the most likely issue.

His player entitlements are turned on and synced. I disabled content sharing and re-enabled content sharing and now everyone can see the shared content. Thanks for the help!!

I also manually went into his character builder and turned on all content except Rick & Morty and Minecraft
Are you certain you have enabled content sharing for that campaign? Try turning it off then on again and reload the character sheet.
Has the player checked their account entitlements are in sync? https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace
