Hi so i was able to make the payment for my subscription through PayPal on 08/24 but when i try to pre-order the books i am getting "PayPal options invalid, choose another method" error message is it an issue that will be fixed or was PayPal removed from payment options?
Same issue. I emailed support, they provided a list of things to try. I tried them all and no success. Emailed for further guidance and none has been provided.
There’s something for "I’m I so out of touch" meme here… maybe the "take my money" one but I feel that with how much we have all submitted and reported of what the actual issue is and how to resolve it, I think this is the closest thing I can think of to what the issue behind the scenes actually is… seriously… how have they NOT noticed a massive gap in their sales coming from Canada? Paypal option still not working in Canada... It's ironic they bombard my email with junk wanting to sell digital content however don't bother to ensure the method of paying for it actually works.
Just received notification that my physical 2024 PHB was cancelled when I ordered the pre-release bundle for all books and digital version using PayPal. Digital version was not cancelled, but physical book for PHB was. I expect that everyone else that used PayPal is now getting an unwelcome surprise in order cancellation and I've put in an incident through the cancellation email I got asking why this is occurring.

The team is aware of this issue, for the record, and I've posted in another thread the correct way to address that, which you've already done, so awesome!
I also want to say that the inability to pay via PayPal and the cancelled order are two separate issues; they aren't related at all.
As far as updates regarding paying via PayPal, I was informed that the issue should have been fixed as of this week. Can I assume via the fact that no more posts about the issue have happened this week that I'm correct about that?

It does indeed to look like it is now working. As for your "Can I assume via the fact that no more posts". Perhaps being updated about this when the fix was applied would have been an opportunity to verify with the community that the fix was rolled out. You have people in this channel since May waiting for the fix with ZERO updates until the end when you respond to somebody talking about how there was a cancellation and an off-hand comment on how it was fixed this week… Where was the update when that had been done?

I threw something cheap I hadn't bought yet into a cart and was able to complete a purchase finally. So yeah, seems like it's working... kind of a bitter taste left in my mouth though.
How about a "we're sorry we broke the website" sale lol. I had several things on sale in a cart back in May that I was unable to complete the purchase for :(
I'm trying to pay with PayPal today for a Campaign ... no luck. It simply sits on the payment page. Am I missing something?
Sounds like a different issue. With this one the Paypal window would come up and then close with an error when you tried to pay.
Fwiw though as someone who works in IT, anyone helping will prob want to know: What does "Sits on the payment page" mean? Like the cart (PayPal window never comes up on screen)? Or the Paypal window? Is there any sort of loading sign spinning around or anything, or is it like clicking buttons "press" but don't seem to do anything? Clearing cookies or trying a different device/browser could be a good first step.
I just can't believe this is still an issue. Absolutely appalling.

So, for those that live in Canada....
I just input a random address in the USA and it worked. It is some addressing issue in PayPal implementation that they refuse to acknowledge or fix.
