Our game stopped adding bonuses to rolls. It would roll an empty 1d20 with no bonuses for saves, ability checks, but rolls correctly for other dice types and skill checks.
This is a Beyond20 issue caused by changed Dndbeyond has made, not a DnDBeyond issue. you can disable the extension and it will work correctly. However as a workaround, right click and roll seems to work correctly.
As far as the extension, enabled or disabled does not change the results. Right click and selecting Roll does work though. Left clicking to roll is where the mod is not automatically added.

All that to say, we haven't been able to replicate these issues on our end, so I would make sure the Beyond20 extension is disabled when using your character sheets. I'm unfamiliar with using it, so I don't know if also clearing your cache would help.

I logged into DDB with IE (to eliminate the extensioni aspect) and was able to replicate the issue. The purpose of the extension is to relay information from DDB to an active VTT. The specific issue is for example with rolling inititive, the roll will appear but if you look at the results is shows inititive () instead of inititive (+mod). So unless you are looking for that minor detail it is very easy to overlook. I first noticed the issue on 5/2 if that has any bearing on any changes to the database or the api.
This is also happening in a campaign I am currently in, and it doesn't seem to matter if Beyond20 is active or not. The bug seems to be directly in DnDBeyond. Here is a screenshot of our game log in DnDBeyond.
Edit:
Just went to check, and the problem seems to have resolved itself. My rolls are adding modifiers correctly.
Same for a number of us in our Roll 20 game. Attacks are rolled and transmitted to Roll 20, but saving throws are never rolled in the first place on DnD Beyond. It pops up the description of our saving throw, but never rolls the dice.

D&D Beyond does not support connectivity to roll20. As such, you must be using a third party extension such as Beyond20. You would need to contact them for support.
Hello,
Our game stopped adding bonuses to rolls. It would roll an empty 1d20 with no bonuses for saves, ability checks, but rolls correctly for other dice types and skill checks.
I'm attaching a few screenshots.
Thanks,

Confirmed this is also happening for myself (DM) and my 4 players. Both in Chrome and Firefox.
It is happening for the rolls generated in DDB too, it has nothing to do with Beyond 20.
If it was Beyond20 I assume it would affect all rolls. In any case we turned Beyond20 off and it still doesn't work.
I noticed that no mods replied to this post. Did I submit a bug report or start a general thread my mistake?

I am also experiencing this issue with and without beyond20 enabled.
Our game last night experienced the same bug on all save throws. This was across the board with all players. Today it is still bugged.
In our case, DnDB adds bonuses to skill checks, but not to saving throws, general ability checks, or initative throws.

This is happening sometimes to some members in campaigns I am in. It does not seem to be consistent.

Beyond20 stopped rolling saving throws entirely. Was in the middle of a game with my group and for some reason it just stopped working.
