While main pages and "table of content" are fine, the bug is that since the latest upate (a couple of weeks ago), any "source" content (monster, player manual, modules, etc.) other than the cover art page and the table of content, are "flashing" as in repeated refresh starting over and over (without purpose). Note that character sheets are fine, though, and work without problem with external tabletop system Roll20 to name it. Using Edge Browser (Microsoft, based on Chrome engine). The latest update, that I referred to, was from D&D Beyond, not from Edge browser, just to be more precise.
I have not experienced this issue. I have in the last week accessed these from Edge, Firefox, Chrome and OperaGX. No issues. I used with and without adblocker extensions. No issues. With and without VPNs. No issues.
I can only surmise it is an issue on your side. Check extensions and VPNs.

Indeed, there was the same extension utility, TWICE. Turning the oldest off resolved the problem.
