As a European individual, I can't buy the "2024 Digital & Physical Core Rulebook Bundle" here in D&D Beyond, due to shipping limitations overseas. So I have to buy the bundle, or the three separate bundles, on the old page and redeem the three codes here for the digital content.
But, will that unlock the preorder bonuses? I'm talking about the digital art book, the dice set and the mini for the 3DVTT.
You will need to add all the books individually to your basket.
This is a deliberate decision so it is intended behaviour not a bug.

You can get the bonuses by just ordering the "2024 Digital Core Rulebook Bundle" at D&D Beyond - that works from Europe.
You then just need to get the physical books from another source, like a FLGS.
It has since been confirmed by a community manager those ordering the physical+digital bundles through the UK/Europe stores will get the digital bonuses.
This has been changed, and your wait is already over! Though there is no 3-book physical/digital bundle available for EU customers, you will get the bonuses if you purchase all three physical/digital bundles together.
could we get some clarifications about preorders from outside the US? Sure!
If one orders a digital bundle do the preorder perks apply? Yes, and we've made it clearer for you to understand exactly what you get when you preorder. You can take a look at the DDB Marketplace pages to see what you get with each bundle. The UK and EU stores will be updating their pages soon.
If one orders the three separate digital+physical bundles for each of the three books from the EU or UK store, would the perks apply? Yes!

So if I understand this situation correctly, if I want buy all the new 2024 books, I need to buy them separately which means they are going to much more expensive (from my current calculations its about 25 dollars more in my country).
I wonder why and if later there is going to be an Europe version of said bundle (with or without the pre-order bonuses)?

Without more information, it's impossible to say if this is a correct assumption or not.
If you're in Europe, you can order from dndstore.wizards.com and select the three digital + physical bundles. This will get you the digital and physical copies of each book, the pre-order bonuses for each digital version, and exclusive bundle pre-order bonuses for each bundle.
Once you factor sales tax and exchange rates, the price should be close to on par with the D&D Beyond store price and you'll be getting all the options

Yeah, you are making a compelling argument. When I was later counting how much more expensive the EU version is I ended up with 700 more Czech crowns (US version is around 4200, EU around 4900) and its highly probable that a product coming from the US would have to be taxed and some customs payment would be required....From a EU store (unless its in Great Britain) would either be without these additional payments or would be much smaller.
I bought the complete EU bundle, digital and physical, but didn't recieve any code for the digital bundle yet, even when the books already shipped from warehouse, when did you recieve the codes? Thank you for the responses!
There should be a link in your purchase confirmation email.
Yes, it should be, even in the mail it refers to it, but there isn't.... in the mail there is a reference to "the instructions below" but nothing, and in the account, there is a link that "unlocks the activation key" that do nothing
I was able to buy the bundle set in the european DnD Store. Was not expecting any bonuses but was expecting at least a DM Screen as it was with the 2014 edition and the expansion set. For the price payed I find it ridiculous.

Struggling with the same thing, i hope someone can answer

There is no problem.
The bundle is not offered to non-US people.
