I uploaded a character profile picture, and I would like to download it. I accidentally deleted the original photo from my computer and now the only place I can find the photo is here on DND Beyond. Is there a way to to get that photo back?

Open the character sheet on your PC and take a screenshot. Open it and crop the portrait. Then run a Google image search on the pic.

Yes, but it depends on your web browser. (I did this recently so I'd have player pictures on Owlbear Rodeo.)
In my case (Safari), it's the "Show Page Resources" item in the "Develop" menu (I think you have to enable said menu in the preferences). There's a folder in the sidebar called "Images", and you can open that and look through them until you find it, then right- (or command-) click on its entry in the listing and save it. (It includes every image that has loaded, so if you've been playing, reload the page to lose all the dice and such.)
There's no way you can't do the same thing in Chrome, Firefox, or whatever other browser you're using, but I can't give you any direct instructions for those.
