I have been trying to buy some new books to add to my collection. Three books which are Fizban's Treasury of Dragons , Tasha's Cauldron of Everything & 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide. Everytime I try to pay, it says 'There was a problem processing your payment. Please verify your payment information and try again.' and when I try to pay with paypal, it says 'PayPal payment options are invalid. Please, select another payment method.'

I know I have sufficient funds, I am not worried about that but none of the ways to pay seems to be not working at all. I tried on two different browsers as well. I was wondering if I could do anything to fix it ?

SAME ISSUE - trying to pre-order the 2024 digital version core rulebooks.  Tried 2 different cards, both with same message you've stated.  What up?

I also deleted cookies and temp files, restarted computer.

I was looking at other threads and noticed that it seems to be because I am Canadian and the website doesn't ask us for our province when checking out. Are you also Canadian ? Could that be your problem as well ?

No, in US.  I just tried again and it worked.  I have no idea what changed or why it worked unless it was a system bug that they've fixed.  Good luck!

Same issue here, also Canadian. Have attempted multiple payment methods but received the same errors mentioned in the original post.

I contacted my bank aboout the same issue, says that they're reversing the transaction. I don't know why, though.

Can't get the rule book bundle - uk

I can't get past the payment screen to purchase digital books through paypal. I tried 3 different browsers, clear cache, ran a scan and logged out and logged back in with no luck.

This is also happening to me. Trying to purchase one digital book (Waterdeep: Dragon Heist), enter my payment info (PayPal), and then it just sits there. I've also tried multiple browsers, clearing my cache, etc. 

Also, for what it's worth, looking at the book's listing on mobile, and the price there is listed at $24.99 but it's $29.99 on desktop...

Update, it worked for me, i changed the address and it went through

change what address i have updated my address and my credit card and still, it won't go through with my payment

I am from switzerland i have now tried 3 difrent times all spaced about 2 months apart still no luck forn me its sad that wen you decide to not pirate things of the internet but to buy it it doesent eaven work what a shame.

You'd think something as big as D&D would look like a legitimate business 

Getting it now for the last two days from Sweden. Two different cards, incognito mode and regular, Paypal doesn't seem to accept my card information either. The real interesting thing is that I just made a purchase three weeks ago with the same card and everything worked fine.
