So this is gonna be kinda wierd... But i really need help with this and its bugging me I've been trying to talk with DND and Beyond Support but its mostly been sending me in circles and making me super frustrated. I can't find a phone number to talk to a person and get this done in a timely manner either and its been weeks. Context is as follows.
About 3 years ago closer to 4 at this point, My Friends and i checked out DND and Beyond and ultimately decided virtual tabletop wasn't worth it since we were all still fairly close to each other... Recently alot of us moved and now we actually need to use tabletop to keep going and heres where the problem comes in.
You see i have one of those oddball usernames that no one else ever has and its part of the reason i like it. But its been so long i don't remember how to access it... I used the email i've been using for ages. And it sends me to the Wizards.com account verification page but i recieve no email its been weeks. I cannot use my email because it says its already in use... I cannot use the username i always use with that email because it is also in use. I checked Twitch Even though i basically never use twitch and it wasn't linked either. So i made this account with a Derivative name. It bugs the hell outa me not being able to use my original account. Support can't seem to help me because they insist that my email isn't Assossiated with DND and Beyond which is bonkers to me because i know i've used it with that email its the only email i use. If there was a way to log in via the Username i could have this all done immidiately and move on from there but im going crazy trying to figure out how to rectify this... Is there any suggestions or anything?
My new players who I was hopefully introducing to DNDBeyond and Dungeons & Dragons have hit a similar problem trying to create an account via Wizards and not receiving their verification email :(

Also to clarify i've already checked ALL of my settings on my email this is occuring their side not mine.
