I went to buy the 2024 digital packs, and when I filled out my information and continued to the order summary it will always say I'm missing information. It acts like I didn't put my province (New Brunswick) in. It just said to pick a option, but I already did?
The absolute lack of response to not being able to purchase anything now is the most frustrating. Simply come out with an announcement addressing all the complaints and forum posts front and center on the DnDBeyond main page and say it is their issue which they continue to work on and that when resolved another announcement will be made. That way people can quit wasting time looking for solutions, going through old irrelevant posts, checking each day to see if they can put an order through, etc. etc.
I understand why many other posters are wondering if this is a sign about what is to come from DnDBeyond and if they should simply head back to tried and true Amazon or going to local game store for purchases.
I sent a ticket, no response. But funnily enough, the new PHB is now in my library, the cost is gone from my bank account and there's no RECEIPT for it. How sketch is that. I was stuck on the payment page.

Still no response to my ticket asking about the mysterious charge. The 2024 PHB shows to me as readable and usable but does not state in my library meaning that its not my content? So what is the charge? No one seems to want to answer my support tickets so I guess we'll never know... :-:

DnDbeyond doesn't ship to Canada - there is a partner link in the checkout page to buy from the Canadian partner.
It's still happening for digital content as well
I can't purchase digital copies from Canada...same issue.
