Used to be I had a little number by the bell to tell me how many forum thread replies there are for me - now the bell says the last post was in August. Notifications on account page are working, just not the ones on the banner. Is this just me?
Used to be I had a little number by the bell to tell me how many forum thread replies there are for me - now the bell says the last post was in August. Notifications on account page are working, just not the ones on the banner. Is this just me?
This has been an issue since August 25, and it also is part of the same glitch that has locked out many people from being able to make any posts at all. My original account is inflicted with this glitch.
Be sure to submit a support ticket, and be sure to patiently respond to any initial questions and instructions they give you (...and eventually you'll get through their front line of customer support bots.) Don't give up!
If everyone who is affected by these bugs puts in a ticket, and follows up, I expect they might eventually hear us...
