I'm trying to create a Gloomstalker ranger, but it isn't in the subclass selection. What doesn't make sense is that I DO have access to both Horizon Walker and Monster Slayer. I went to sync my licenses to see if that would fix it but the button is gone :(

Gloom Stalker is one of the updated subclasses for the 2024 Ranger. If you're trying to create this without access to the 2024 PHB, then you'll need to use the 2014 Ranger class to do so. All subclasses that are updated can only use the updated version with the 2024 classes.
I have the same issue, gloom stalker and assassin are both missing. I have both PHBs, I have legacy turned on, I’ve tried focusing on only 2014, and focus on only 2024 during character creation, I made sure both classes were the appropriate level (I know it’s 3, but I set both to 10 to be sure, still didn’t work). I’ve tried logging out and back in, I’ve ensured that all books are downloaded, nothing is working. I DO still have the TCoE subclass option, but that’s it. Please help

Did you purchase the book yourself? If so, is it listed on that same page under Current Product Licenses?
If it’s shared with you instead, is your character assigned to the campaign that’s sharing it?
Do you have the right toggles on? You’ll need Core Rules for the 2024 version, or 2014 Core Rules and Expanded Rules for the older ones.
When selecting your class, did you choose the one under Core Rules or the one under 2014 Core Rules?
