When you have a character that has Weapon Mastery for something like Dagger, I don't see an option to digital dice roll for the 'Nick' portion of the Weapon Mastery.
When I have a Dagger equipped, I can do the usual digital dice rolls by clicking the 'To Hit' or 'Damage' portions of dagger... but there's no such option for 'Nick' as far as I can see.
It's not under Actions, nor is it under Bonus Actions.

There does not seem to be full support for what you're asking for (yet, at least).
The old way to do this (for 2014 two-weapon fighting rules) was to click on the weapon you wanted to use as the "off-hand" weapon, click Customize, and check the "Dual Wield" box. This adds an attack option for it under the Bonus Action section, and it will have the correct damage roll (i.e., without the ability modifier).
You can still do this, which will get you a dice rolling option that has the right attack and damage rolls. It'll be listed under Bonus Action, even though the Nick property means you don't actually have to use a Bonus Action for this, but I think it's the closest you can get right now.
It's annoying that this needs to be customised, given that this is part of the core rules and not some special attack that's the product of homebrew.
I hope DnDBeyond make it a priority to fix this. It should come as a standard option on character sheets when you have the weapon mastery and correct weapon.
