I bought the 2024 Handbook Physical Copy and Haven't heard anything in weeks. I got priority shipping to come ASAP and it says 2-3 business days and its been 2 weeks now and I've heard nothing. I tried to check the status of the order and it said the order doesn't exist. I've tried to raise a support ticket and heard nothing.
I'm honestly lost, this was a gift for someone and its crazy that I can't give them any details. I honestly feel like I've been robbed here and I'm out of options.
Are there any support people or staff or anyone that can help?
I assume you ordered from Beyond, and you have checked your order history and it is not there. If that is the case, you either ordered it on another account, the order never want through, or the order was cancelled. Either way, double check your bank statement.
If your bank statement shows a deduction from Wizards, then you have probably ordered it on another account that you created on accident. If you ordered it on Beyond, try all the different login methods (Google, Twitch, Apple, Wizards, etc.) and on all your different devices, and see if you accidentally made another account and ordered from there.
If your bank statement does not show a deduction from Wizards, then either the order never went through or it got cancelled. In that case, just order it and double check your bank statement the day after to make sure it went through.
If you are based in the US, the order should arrive relatively quickly; I got my physical copy a day or two before the official release date. If you are an international customer, there are a lot of issues with shipping and handling right now, so it may take a long while for your book to come. You can submit a ticket to customer support to ask about your order, but keep in mind customer support is extremely swamped right now, so you will not hear back from them for a long time.

I placed an order that doesn't show up on the Order History page either. To get it to show up, I have to change the filter of "Order Date Range" to Six Months or longer. Could you try that and see if it appears?
