When I click on the modifier (say, Strength) where my Abilities Scores are in order to produce a non-Skill Ability Check without Proficiency, the dice roller produces a roll that shows "Save" (the top result in the graphic below). It is indeed doing a Check, using the proper STR modifier. Clicking on my STR Saving Throw box does produces a roll that also shows "Save" (the bottom result in the graphic below) but, it is indeed a Saving Throw (taking my Proficiency into account). As an aside, Skill Checks (Athletics et al.) do show up as Checks. Why is the wrong label employed on non-Skill Checks?
