It's possible you're using the 2024 version of a species and those older feats haven't yet been updated to incorporate the new species in their prerequisites. There's an option on the Home tab of the character builder to disable feat prerequisites, which should serve as a workaround for now.

You're using the 2024 version of a class without owning the 2024 Player's Handbook.
Change your class to use the 2014 version of Ranger or Barbarian and you should see those subclasses show up.
The reason for this is that the 2024 classes can't use the 2014 versions of subclasses that have been updated in the 2024 PHB, only the 2024 versions. But you don't have access to the 2024 versions. So you need to either use the 2014 version of the class, or purchase the 2024 PHB.
