there are many other trreading missing subclass for rogue, barbarian,druid.. and some wrote it is only partner and so on and yes there may like druid circles a change from Level 2 to Level3 but that is not all. for most classes there is chaos on consistens information froPHB 2024 subclasses. and it will be another later but sometimes background will show and other not for PHB2024, for 2014 it seems to work. So it is really not only Partner content there are expanded rule content too.
For example the PHB14 subclasses for barbarian is in different order between barabarian-info-site and selection for barabarian(phb14) in characterbuilder but it is complete - sok. But on on PHB24 there missing and different infos on barbarian-PHB24-site and selection characterbuilder for barbarian(phb24).
i loooked on the the fist 6 or 7 classes and see simillar things.
first if I made the screenshots so I must own that stuff and for barbarian you are right the missing subclass is the partnered content grim - So fine. So it seems harming partner content.
But the inconsistncy is f always fact, although writing "complete chaos" is hard written from. But inconsistens is still available:
if i read a class like barbarian on new core rules i only see the phb24-subclasses not the the other subclasses from expanded rules i own (XGE,TCE,...) on infosite for phb14-classes the other owned expanded rules subclasses are listed too. see screenshot .
So why the subclasses from expanded rules are not shown there. if it is on not supprted partner content from grim hollow why not solving it so or in similar way:
My Proposal for barbarian class site based on new core rules (if 3rd-party contents are working in future, than "not supported" can be removed): Subclasses
Path of the Berserker
Path of the Wild Heart
Path of the World Tree
Path of the Zealot
Path of Wild Magic (TCoE)
Path of the Ancestral Guardian (XGtE)
Path of the Battlerager (SCAG)
Path of the Beast (TCoE)
Path of the Storm Herald (XGtE)
Path of the Carrion Raven (partner content - not suported)
DDB will offer all core, expanded contents for the character builder. Partner contents will follow after the partners have been revised.
But as PHB24 subclasses, all core and adapted partner contents are shown on the info pages for the (sub)classes, but older expanded rules are not.
So how are you supposed to find out about possible subclasses when selecting a character class if you want to create a PHB24 character?
I only know 3 options to do that, but they are all really bad:
1. search for subclasses, this is the because too many hints
2. keep in mind in which books are subclasses, and separately open them like looking in physical book but why the buying digtal contents
3. using the phb14 class site - the best option, but you must know which are the missing and is not reworked and for some classes there are many subclasses.
"No matter how you look at it",
the users pay for the charcter building options but in many cases there is no good overviews for this to read to read. this applies to subclasses and character backgrounds That is fact.

If you own the 2024 PHB, all WotC subclasses are available. They have renamed some in the transition, but they exist.
If you don't own the PHB, you can't use old versions of subclasses that got updated.
Third-party subclasses are not available.
If you're using the 2014 class version, everything you could use before is still usable, with the appropriate toggles.
Everything is working, save for the third-party stuff, which isn't a bug, but an unresolved negotiation.

Subclasses
The new class pages intentionally show only the subclass specifically built for the 2024 rules.
Are you serious?
