I bought a bundle deal of all 3 core books physical and digital versions. (2024 player hand book, 2024 dungeon master guide and 2024 monster manual).
I received the confirmation email which contained only 2 activation keys, the 2024 dungeon master guide activation key is missing. I have opened a ticket but am not getting very far. The only response I got was to give me a link the same page where the activation key should be but is still missing. I do not know how many more ways I can explain to the support team that the Key is missing.
I have received the physical books (PHB, DMG, but have to wait until Feb for the Monster manual) I hope the activation for the monster manual works as they sent me it, even though its not out yet.
I just bought the physical and digital bundle and haven't been sent my activation code yet. When I click though it just sends me to the redeem page, without giving me a code.
Same issue here, I bought the physical + digital bundles on Saturday from the UK dndstore and I got codes for the PHB and DMG but nothing for the MM. I raised a support ticket here and now I'm waiting for a response.
It eventually got fixed for me, and the key eventually appeared, several hours after. I think this was due to a problem they mass fixed. As they unlocked it after the official release, I lost my preorder bonus. It's quite funny the warehouse managed to ship the book before I got my digital code...
I just clicked the email link again (the one contained in the "Order Received email", mentioning the following "If your order came with codes to redeem for digital products, please click here to access your product") and the code appeared below the INSTRUCTIONS button as per usual. I never received a reply to my support query however.

Did you get anywhere with that? I just bought the 2024 Monster Manual digital bundle and I can't see any activation key. Did you eventually get it?
