Both myself and the DM have master tier, I have 2014 content we would like to use for the campaign, however when I join the campaign with the character the content can not be used. Content sharing is turned on, when looking in content management it shows all the content I have, and shows as enabled. When launching maps none of the content shows up to select maps from, and when selecting a map available to DM he can see tokens from my shared content however he is unable to use or interact with any of them. Is this a known bug? How do we fix it? Or should I be seeking a refund for my subscription as sharing my content is the only reason for signing up?

First step in troubleshooting would be to check your entitlements under Account > Licenses.

Ensure characters are being created inside the campaign.
Everyone (you, DM, all other players) need to check Entitlements are in sync by going to Accounts > Licenses.
Whoever is using Content Sharing for the campaign should switch it off then on again and that the sub has not lapsed.
Ensure that the limits have not been reached:
Only 5 campaigns can have Content Sharing enabled per Master Tier subscription.
The campaign cannot exceed 12 players (including DM).
The campaign cannot exceed 99 characters (claimed or unclaimed).
Note that Content Sharing does not work for Maps - this is known, and they may be adding sharing to it in future but not yet. It is in Beta after all and not properly released yet.

Your DM needs to own the content themself to use it in Maps.
Content Sharing lets everyone read the book and use any shared character options for characters in that campaign.
