I ordered several books (physical and digital copy) so that I could have the books and access online.
However, once my order was processed you canceled the physical books and only processed the digital content.
Which then you charged me more for, the whole reason for me getting the package is because it was a better deal. (I wonder if this counts a bait and switch?)
Not to mention there is no way to get in touch with anybody to attempt to resolve this.
When a physical+digital order is placed, there’s an initial payment authorization for the full amount. After a day or two when that transaction is finalized, it will be for only the cost of the digital items.
There’s then a separate charge for the cost of the physical items once those books are ready to ship. If the remaining payment can’t be collected, the order is automatically cancelled. An email is typically sent with a discount code, allowing the user to re-order the physical book at the original discount price.
I’m just a moderator here explaining, to the best of my knowledge, the most likely reason for a cancellation like this. I don’t have any access to your account, your orders, or your payment history.
As I said, there’s typically an email sent in these cases with a coupon code that would allow you to reorder the physical book at the same discounted price. If you have not received that email or if you have any further questions about your order, please contact customer support: http://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket

I just had the exact same issue!

This does not make any sense to me.
1. If the charge could not go through how did you charge me for some of the order but not the rest of the order?
2. My bank contacted me and asked me to authorize the charge, I did.
3. I want the full order how do I fix this.
So, what you have provided is either a canned response or an excuse, in either case this is not actually helpful.
Please help me to get my order back so I can get my physical books.
Or should I just contest this with my credit card company as fraud?
